Definition: The special tempers for this material grade are MO and MH respectively and are defined as follows:   a specially controlled hot rolled grade; having properties approaching those of soft temper.           a grade attained by special control in hot and warm rolling involving increased residual cold work; material properties of this grade approach those of half-hard temper.
