Meyer
Aluminium is part of the largest group of industrial companies in
Hong Kong. Besides the aluminum mill, our group also owns a copper
mill, a cookware manufacturer, a watch and clock manufacturer as well
as many other interests.
Meyer started its first aluminum rolling mill in the
early 1950's and moved into its current facility in 1983.
Our rolling mill facility in Hong Kong contains
approximately 200,000 square feet of total floor space. Meyer Aluminium
Hong Kong currently has a total of 330 employees.
Since its beginning, Meyer Aluminium has undergone
constant equipment renovations and technological upgrades. In 1994
Meyer Aluminium was approved to the ISO 9000 quality standard. Our
most recent upgrades have been as follows:

Approximately 50% of our total sales are for export to over
50 countries. Our products are sold in the USA, China, Canada, Mexico,
Brazil, France, Italy, England, Germany Japan, Korea, Thailand, Taiwan
and Australia.
Approximately 85% of Meyer's output is in the form of circles,
making us the largest circle producer in the world. |
